The transactions that you are referring to must have generated an error. The Maintenance should be able to run and fix them if no errors are generated. We reviewed the C&P data and see only 3 warnings which are due to the contacts being in the C&P Temp. See below:
We processed one of them (Contact last name ***uslim) without any issues. Please review your instance & if you see any other errors please let us know the Order # so we can review it. As stated the Maintenance feature runs every 3 hours and reviews all errors and resolves them if it can. We do not see any errors at this time.
Your versions of C&P are also old - see below:
We can gladly upgrade you to the latest C&P versions but unfortunately cannot hep with the NPSP 2.x upgrade.
