Virtual Terminal Field Not SHowing

Access has been granted Virtual Terminal Campaign field for item name Eco-Cruise: Child is not showing.

And please check our post installation upgrades which I upgraded today.

As requested we reviewed your post-installation steps and resolved minor issues that were not set.

The VT settings also was not set correctly as shown in the image below:



We checked the box and now it is working.

The column for Item Campaign is no longer showing- screen shot is attached. Also, we are getting the following message- the second screenshot (XML Error)- when we try to process credit card payment. The second try works fine.

The issue is we do not show the Campaign if the setting is set for not creating Opportunity.

In your instance you have disabled Opportunity and as such we do not show campaign. If we do not create opportunity we do not have a use for Campaign since we cannot add it.

We understand the use case in your situation given you are using a third party app that creates the opportunities. We are going to enable this feature in the update due out in May to help with your use case.

Sorry for the inconvenience. it is an interesting use case.
