We are getting an error and cannot view the temporary contact- Maximum view state size limit (135KB) exceeded. Actual view state size for this page was

      Org ID = 00Di0000000JHGH

I have been trying to get this resolved for weeks now. I started a new thread since no one seemed to notice the old one.
Permission was granted and regranted and regranted. I will grant it again now that it is March.

TC-0892 or TC-0890 blocked but TC-0891 is viewable at the moment

        Good day @DPetr,

Sorry for the problem. We had researched this at length but apparently this post was not updated. We admit that we are unable to find the root cause of this and we need to have Salesforce support review your instance to determine what is going on.

Please grant Salesforce support access for a month as our team has already submitted a support case and they are waiting for access.

The underlying issue seems to be in some other code that throws an exception. Since the issue is outside our code our log access does not show us what is going on. We have not had this issue reported before in any other client and need to work with Salesforce to determine what is causing it.

Once we have access for Salesforce they will start the process.

I have increased the access to a month. Please keep me in the loop- I will be out of contact from tomorrow until next Monday, but will help in any way I can.

            Good day @DPetr!

Instead of waiting for Salesforce to create a full sandbox for you, as was discussed on the HUB, we created a test account with all your configuration and installations. We have worked with Salesforce to identify the issue and the conflict.

We have tested and have resolved the issue. The issue is with Soft Credits in NPSP and with this change you will not run into the viewstate issue.

We are aiming for May 15 to release the update. We will keep you updated.

Kamran.Razvan are you on target for the May 15 release with the fix/workaround? We are coming up on the end of our fiscal year and would really appreciate being able to get complete reporting! Oh- and we get apex governor warnings every time at the same time as each new transaction now- I asume it is all related since it happens with
the creation of the Temp Contact/donation processing. Thanks-

                Operation: insert.CnP_PaaS__Sub_Class__c

                By user/organization: 005i0000000hbru/00Di0000000JHGH

Caused the following Apex resource warnings:

CnP_PaaS:Number of query rows: 25296 out of 50000

                  Good day @DPetr,

Currently the release is under testing. Release has been pushed forward towards the end of this month as testing is not yet complete. We are working hard to make sure the release is stable before release.

Beta versions are currently being released on a daily basis but are not recommended for production. The Beta release for this update is in the beta section of the forum at: https://forums.clickandpledge.com/fo...-beta-releases

We will update the forum as soon as we are confident all new features & fixes are ready for production use.

Please let us know if we can be of any further assistance.

                    @DPetr,

In reference to your posted warning- please note that the message you posted is just a WARNING and not an error.

If you have enabled the WARNING option in the "Settings", Salesforce will return warnings when you get close to a percentage of the limit. You will get overwhelmed by these messages as they serve no purpose and constantly alert you of limits approaching.

The message you posted is not related to your other issue. We recommend disabling the warning option. See similar posts in the Salesforce support community: https://success.salesforce.com/answe...0000000gjkMAAQ

Please let us know if we can be of more assistance.
