    So the last few days every monthly I have canceled has worked, so I just checked again on Mandy Cooper and she was able to be canceled today. Not sure if your team fixed something or not, but it is apparently working again.

    Yes! That is fine. It has already been replaced by a new Pre-Auth starting next month.

    Recurring Not Cancelling in Salesforce

    Since 9.2 came out it has been great being able to cancel recurring gifts in Salesforce, and initially it worked well. Over the last month or so however, 4 of the last 5 haven't cancelled when I pressed the button. The screen just refreshed and then came back with it still active. Most recently Recurring ID: 141472 - Contact ID: a08d000000vsDSw, Mandy Cooper. I am still able to go into the C&P Portal to cancel it like we used to, but it appears something isn't working properly.
