    Howdy!

    I tried upgrading to the latest versions today and had the following issues.

    1. CnP Class Library
    --seemed to install successfully but when I refreshed the "About CnP Apps" page, it reflected that my configuration had not changed. So I attempted to install a second time. Again, it seemed successful but the "About" page still says I'm on the same old version.

    2. PAAS
    --Since I thought the class library had installed, I attempted to install the PAAS update. I received the following error message in an email:

    Your request to install package "Click & Pledge Payment-as-a-Service Click & Pledge Payment-as-a-Service" was unsuccessful. None of the data or setup information in your salesforce.com organization was affected.

    If your install continues to fail, contact Salesforce CRM Support through your normal channels and provide the following information.

    Organization: Transgender Law Center (00Dd0000000i8lD)
    User: Radha Rodriguez (005d0000001btZL)
    Package: Click & Pledge Payment-as-a-Service (04tE0000000IcAg)

    Problem:

    1. Organization Administration Locked
    The changes you requested require salesforce.com to temporarily lock your organization's administration setup. However, the administration setup has already been locked by another change. Please wait for the previous action to finish, then try again later.

    Good day Radha,

    We upgraded your PaaS instance as requested.

    The API Class Library will not show its version until PaaS updates and since we updated it you will see the updates.

    The Event Management app may have an update next week. We are currently investigating a reported issue and if it is a bug we will have an update next week.
