Embedded Virtual Terminal - eVT

We're a new C+P organization and are trying to install our eVT through Salesforce but we're having an issue with the integration. When we attempt to integrate our account, we get an error message. I am a system admin user on both our C&P portal and on our Salesforce NPSP account.

We've tried walking through the steps outlined at http://manual.clickandpledge.com/Sal...-Terminal.html but we're having trouble.

Please grant us login access and we review your setting. It will also be helpful if you can post the image as JPG since PNG files post too small in this forum.
