We recently upgraded our sandbox environment to NPSP3 and have connected that sandbox with our C&P sandbox. We are using the One-to-One account model, but any Contact/Organization created by Click & Pledge is not created as such. I've checked all of our C&P settings and can't find a way to set the _SYSTEM: Account Type, _SYSTEM: IsIndividual, and Primary Contact fields on Organization. Since these fields are not getting set, we can't use the new donation roll up fields on the Contact. Where can I find a way to set these fields for records created by C&P? Thanks!

Good day!
In the presence of NPSP we do not touch account. We do not create it, update it or do anything with it. Click & Pledge leaves the account to NPSP since it will create it upon creation of Contacts.
Please check your NPSP setting.
If you need any further assistance please let us know.Regards,

Thank you for the quick response. After a day full of debugging and research, I'm no closer to figuring out why Contacts entered by end users in the Salesforce UI are correctly linked to an automatically created Account that is correctly labeled as a One-to-One Individual, but whenever we use the Click & Pledge Virtual Terminal the automatically created Accounts are incorrect. I downloaded all code related to NPSP v3 from GitHub and reviewed everything that handles the Account creation process, then checked our settings to make sure that everything was getting set correctly in the settings I'm able to control and that's all correct. Is there maybe a setting in C&P that I'm missing?
