How can I process test transactions (without using a real credit card or real money) to see how they post to Salesforce? Can I do it from the embedded VT? From Portal? From Connect? All three?

    Thanks!

    Good day @Radha,

What do you mean by "they post"?

Do you want just any transaction? you may use the Portal > Classic page and put it in test mode to test. Connect cannot be put in Test mode.

    Hope that helps.

I want a test transaction to create an opportunity, create associated CnP objects, and update contact details in SF.

I need to be able to test some mapping, configuration, and workflows to make sure they are setup correctly.

When I go to Portal, I don't see the "Classic page" you mention. Where exactly is this setting for "Test mode"?

Sorry.. internally we refer to those as Classic but in the portal they are called easyPages.

Create an easyPage and set it to TEST.

        Hope this helps.

Hi - I am looking for information on if test transactions will post to Salesforce when the Salesforce connector is set up. I ran a test transaction and received an error message via email that there was an update failure and I was unclear if this was due to the page being in test mode or an issue with the connector configuration.

            Good day @Emily,

Do you have the exact message that was posted via email? The exact reason is always included in the email.
