Problem with new recurring payments after installing PaaS 8.4003

Hi C&P,

I am receiving error code 2052 with a transaction result of "Xml Error" when attempting create a new recurring payment through the Virtual Terminal. There full Xml error message is "The 'urn:APISchema.xsd:Installment' element is invalid - The value '' is invalid according to its datatype 'Integer' - The string '' is not a valid Integer value."

I recall that in the Virtual Terminal there was a value "$0" under the Recurring section "Installment Amount" field. That should be equal to the unit price, right?

I recently installed the latest versions of the Click & Pledge PaaS Class Library (2.1010) and Click & Pledge Payment as a Service (8.4003). Is there a setting I need to update with the version? I checked the online manual, but did not see anything. Apologies in advance if I did miss something.

Hi Mark,

Sorry for the late reply- we have reviewed this case extensively and believe we have identified the issue.

This occurs when the JavaScript validating the form is not being updated. The total amount shows as $0 in certain conditions. If you uncheck and check some checkboxes it will update and work.

This has been fixed in the release due out on Monday - October 20th.
