I've attached a screenshot of the issue. Let me know if you can view it or if I should pass on the screenshot via email. I was referring to entering salesforce credentials in the click and pledge site Account Info->3rd Party->Salesforce.

Good day!
I really don't understand what you mean by "...prompted to enter a security token in the main clickandpledge.com interface"
What interface?
we don't have any such message anywhere in our system.Leave a comment:

Hi,
I did add that IP range for the whitelist in Salesforce. However, I am still prompted to enter a security token in the main clickandpledge.com interface.
In general, how do clients who have IP whitelists (some other products we have require this) deal with not having a security token to enter?

Hi Abhi,
Click & Pledge infrastructure is on the following IP's: 216.252.199.0/24 [as of October 10, 2014 - no plans to change it in the near future]
I hope that answers your question.

Security Tokens and IP Whitelists
Hi There,
We are using a whitelist for allowed IPs for our salesforce instance. Consequently, we cannot generate a security token for setting up the connection. I think whitelisting the C+P servers should allow for the connection. Could you please provide a list of the IP ranges/blocks used by Click and Pledge?
I did already whitelist the IPs mentioned in the article http://forums.clickandpledge.com/con...nsure-delivery
But when entering the credentials and verification in the Click and Pledge admin, I still get prompted for a security token.
