Double the Donation - Turn off Automatic Creation of Account Matching Opportunity

We want to turn off the functionality to automatically create an Account Matching Opportunity. The reason is that we use the Kell Matching Gifts app that allows us to match one account donation to multiple individual donations. So we don't need a 1-to-1 donation match functionality.

The challenge, when we uncheck that box under opportunities to create that Account Opportunity, we loose some features:

• Our Temporary Accounts are NOT matching to existing accounts Salesforce. When we check that box, the temporary accounts WILL match to the existing account in Salesforce.
• Assuming because of above, we loose the feature to create that matching gifts template in CP Designer to be used in Autorespondor.

I sat in on Kamran's daily support call today and we troubleshooted but could not come to a resolution. He asked that I post to the forum.
