  • Can't Process Refunds in Salesforce

    I am trying to process a refund from the Click and Pledge Registration page in Salesforce and the refund option is not available. I previously processed a refund via this method for a different event a couple of weeks back. The registration was entered today about an hour ago and it was an e-check. Is there a minimum timeframe I must wait before I can enter e refund? (see images)

      FYI- This was an "echeck" payment. Which may make a difference in the way it's processed? The transaction shows "authorized" but not "verified".

        Good day!

        EChecks cannot be credited. The gateways do not support refund of eChecks and they may only be refunded directly by your organization by sending the patron a check.

        Sorry but as it is not offered by gateways we cannot offer it.
