  • Recurring donation stuck in Temporary Contact

    Hello,

    I received notification today that there was a temporary contact for me to approve. I went to approve it and for some reason the temp contact is a recurring transaction.

    The recurring transaction shows up in the Temporary Contacts list but does not have any actionable matching options. Beneath the Settings Section is blank (where the possible matches and ability to create new contact would normally exist). When I click "process" it says I must select a contact to process but none are offered.

    I upgraded today but that didn't solve the issue.

    Good day!

    This issue was because the master transaction was missing. We fixed it for you. It is now showing up as expected. See below:
