    Hi all - I'm getting this error message on a recurring gift that was set up on company #00Do0000000e6Y2 and I can't figure out what the problem is. The Show ID seems to be correct and working for other donations. Could you please check and see what I'm missing.

        Please see your settings:

        In the C&P Settings the mapped field is:

        in the XML for the post we have:

        so the NONE should be mapped to the field as set in the settings.

        It is your mapping to this field that is generating the error.

          I think that what you are trying to say here is that the answer to the custom question was done in upper and lower case, but since the field in the Show Name object is all upper case, it didn't find a match. However, that hasn't answered the question as to how to solve the problem.

          1) I went into the custom mapping and mapped the answer to the question to accept either NONE or None that doesn't seem to have worked
          2) I cannot find where it is pulling the "None" from as these are recurring gifts that are automatically created based on information in the C&P recurring gift object, but I don't see where I can fix that entry anywhere in the recurring gift object.
          3) We have many, many gifts that are mapped to fields in this object and they work fine. It's just this one.

          Any help you can offer is appreciated.

            One more piece of information - they are showing up in C&P Recurrings, but they have no associated Related opportunities.

              The Order # 161181301014601174506 is showing up correctly in Salesforce. I am not sure what issue you are referring to. Please see below:

              The opportunity is showing up correctly.
