    Good day Shari,

    To minimize the number of available templates in each section we have a "Tag" concept. Only selected tags for each section shows up in the section.

    Please go to Autoresponder Setting and select the tags to be used in the autoresponder. see below:

    A requested feature to be added in the next update is to show all Templates if no Tags are included. The tag concept works great if each of your templates are tagged based on where they should show up. We have clients with several hundred templates for invoice, event, and autoresponder.

    Let me know if this solves your issue.

    I created a template, but when I go into the autoresponder settings it does not appear in the dropdown where I have to choose a template. My tags I included in the template are also not showing up in the tags dropdown in the autoresponder settings. So I am unable to set up the autoresponder. Why would this be happening? I thought maybe you finishing the installation would have cleared up the problem but I still have this problem. Thanks for your help.
