EVT not saving contact address info

I am using the EVT to process donations for a client. We are capturing the shipping information from the user when they enter the donation, but the address information is not being saved to the newly created contact.

We have the field mappings set for the shipping information. I can see the fields in the xml response, but they are not saved on to the contact object.

Any help would be greatly appreciated on where to look for the issue.
