    We have upgraded you as requested.

    Release notes:Important Consideration:

    The following 2 points need to be considered as part of this update since you may see more temporary contacts than you had prior to this update.
    • C&P Temporary Contact: In the 4.1x release Event's temporary contacts are part of the global C&P Temporary Contacts. Any attendee that was previously in the Event's temporary contact is now in the C&P Temporary Contact tab.
    • Maintenance: The maintenance self-healing service (C&P Settings > Maintenance) reviews all C&P Data logs and attempts to fix any errors that may have resulted from the post. To resolve the error, the self-healing service will delete & re-posts the prior post. This action in most cases will resolve any error that might have happened due to NPSP's record locks, etc.

    Good day!

    What to use is not really a clear cut answer. One is mapping based on SKU and the other is based on Custom Questions & Answers. The 2 are different. SKU's are added by you for items and the other is response from the patron.

    As for the update to the instance- we have the update scheduled for next week (11th) and we will upgrade all clients at that time.

    I cleared those settings, however, I was using THESE settings to map SKUs to campaigns (attached image). Should I be using one vs the other?

    You have set it up so if SKU is blank it should post to the campaign id identified in the image shown above.

    The SKU being posted is blank and then the setting is asked to move all blank SKU's to that campaign.

    Please investigate the following donations as they came through attached to the wrong campaign per the settings:
