  • New AmEx accounts

    Per the recent announcement on AmEx accounts....

    We are a current customer that already has AmEx set up -- we set it up with AmEx themselves. I understand that there are new, lower rates for AmEx accounts that get setup through CnP.

    Can you help us get that setup please?

      Hi Radha,

      Sorry but I thought this was answered in the Power of Us Hub at Salesforce.

      Please login a help desk request and you will be sent instructions on how to do this. Unfortunately if you currently have AmEx you have to close that account with AmEx first and after 3 days Transfirst will be able to set up a new account. This is not something we or them can do anything about as it is a requirement by AmEx.
