test transactions

We have been working on this activation for a while and over the Labor Day holiday it was replicated across all accounts.

I have received 3 test transactions in the last week or so, trying to charge $25, but being declined. No one from C&P alerted me that they were doing test transactions and as far as I know, there is no reason to be doing any. Are these for real? I'm worried someone is trying something fishy.
