For some reason, our transactions suddenly stopped posting to Salesforce a few days ago. We've been receiving email messages reading:
"Sorry but we are having problem communicating with your Salesforce account using the provided credentials.
Your Click & Pledge - Salesforce integration has been disabled to avoid further errors & notifications. Please resolve the following error and re-enable the Salesforce integration in the administrative portal.
INVALID_LOGIN: Invalid username, user not active"
When I log in to Click and Pledge and try to enable it, I've had no luck. Although I've updated my password and Salesforce security token to ensure that all information is correct but we are still seeing that INVALID_LOGIN error. I've attached a screenshot of the info we were trying to update via the manual.
Could you assist us with this?
