    I've had success with a couple of instances, but not this one. Org ID 00DG0000000kysN. All the latest upgrades are in place, and IBM info is still not showing up on the account page. Access granted. Can you look at this one too? Many Thanks!

    Event cannot upgrade from any other version but 2.6000.22. Your instance is version 2.30xx

    We have to first upgrade you to 2.6000.22 then upgrade you to 4.x

    We will take care of it and update this post tomorrow when all is done.

    ORG ID: 00DG0000000kuRk - IBM is not loading in the account info section, even though I used the temporary API. This worked in another instance, but not this one. Access Granted.

    We have tested and it seems like your API key for DoubletheDonation is invalid. When we query the key we get invalid API key message. Are you sure you have copied the API Key correctly?

    We have emailed DTD and have asked for details about the error and will update this once we have an answer.

    I am having the same issue in another instance. Org ID 00DG0000000kvMh. Access granted. I have 5 other instances. Should wait until this is resolved before setting them up?

    Access granted to C&P and Salesforce (if that's needed).
    On the live support this afternoon, and Autoresponder is not working for Double the Donation. Set up payment to IBM - IBM's policy is not showing in account info.
