Step 3 setup (Contact & Account Mapping) - no Account fields listed

Any reason why the Account fields aren't showing for me on the step 3: http://manual.clickandpledge.com/Sal...tallation.html. Still waiting on merchant number from customer (Women Veteran Social Justice) so am not linked yet but wanted to go ahead with setup where I could. Thanks. Happy Holidays.

Also might mention I have custom Contact record type assigned for Any WID (for now) and have disabled C&P Online contact record type.

Good day Bia,

If you have NPSP installed we do not show the Account section. NPSP creates accounts automatically and as such we stay out of it. We simply hide that section and set it to "Do Not Create a new Account" and let NPSP take care of it.

Is there a way to map new contacts created within Click & Pledge to Contact record types within Salesforce? Ideally, I'd like to associate the 'Attendee' to a 'Student' contact record type and 'Registrant' to 'Parent' record type. After research, I understand you can use WID's but unsure how that is to be set up.
