  • Double to Donation - Matching Gifts Visual Force Page

    We just implemented C&P and Double the Donation. The Double the Donation visual force page was added to our account page layout which is supposed to describe the matching gifts program for the organization. But right now, ours are blank. Do we have to wait for an actual donation to come in which indicates matching gifts for our organization to be updated in Salesforce?

    Good day!

    Matching Gift section for an account is filled when a matching gift has been posted for that account. Once posted the C&P Company ID will be assigned to the Account. Using the Company ID we query the Double the Donation database for the matching gift policy.

    Does the Account in question have the company id assigned to it, meaning has someone donated with that company being selected?

      I am having the same issue and I've had matching gifts come in that I've posted, marked as received, but the visualforce page is still blank. Are there fields on the opportunity that must be completed?

        Good day @COMartini,

        We have identified an issue with DoubleTheDonation API Key which we have an interim solution. We are releasing an update on January 4 which will solve the issue.

        For now we can update your API Key and it will work. Please grant us login access and we will fix it for you for now.

                We temporarily changed your DTD API Key to what will work. Once the new update is live you will be able to add your own API Key.
