Creating different Opportunity Record Types

Good day!

This may be done based on SKU. If you are using DoubletheDonation for matching gift (new feature of 9.2 release) then the opportunity will be set up automatically based on the settings.

If you are using your own code for Matching Gift then you need to set each type of donation with a different SKU and then in Salesforce set the record type based on SKU. See below:

I am a partner and we will be integrating Double the Donation with C&P this week for a client. This client receives many donations indicating a matching gift, so this is a huge priority for them. Currently, in Salesforce, they have a "Donation" Opportunity Record Type and a "Matching Gifts" Opportunity Record Type. We want C&P to choose "Donation" if matching gift is NOT indicated and choose "Matching GIfts" if it is indicated that there is a Matching Gifts donation.

Please advise how this can be accomplished.
