I didn't hear back from you a few weeks ago regarding the status of this. I'd still like to resolve these discrepancies and finalize our true list of active subscriptions by the end of the summer. Will that be possible? Let me know if you need more time in my instance.

Hi. I updated to the latest release yesterday. I'm still having some trouble figuring out how to deactivate subscriptions that have lapsed. Also, I found the new Active Subscriptions view of C&P Recurrings added by the package and there are a number of discrepancies between this list and my other list of active subscriptions. A number of the latter need to be deactivated however there are many others that are active and missing from the former list.

Can you help me troubleshoot? I've granted C&P access to my instance (00Dd0000000borB) for the next few days if you'd like to take a look. Additionally, I'd like to add the account name of several contacts whose recurring subscriptions don't include it. How do I do this?

    Good day!

This feature has been update in the upcoming release. We are aware of this and have resolved it in the upcoming release, due out in June 15.

Just hang in there and the fix will come..

    thank you for your suggestion.

Following up on this. While I appreciate the ability to cancel recurring subscriptions directly in Salesforce, I'm finding that these are still identified as "Active," even though charges have stopped. Is there a way to deactivate a subscription while or after canceling it?

    Good day!

This issue has already been addressed in 9.2 release due out next week. A new feature will update all recurring transactions.

Please see the release notes: http://forums.clickandpledge.com/for...rring-and-more

If you wait one more week you will be able to push the data back to Salesforce for the cancelled transaction and the system will update all opportunities, etc.

    Hope that answers your question.

I found a way to mark as canceled. I added the Canceled field to a view in the C&P Recurrings tab and can directly edit the field for individual records. I'd still like to know how to show this field in the page layout for recurring subscription records.

Perhaps I misinterpreted this thread but I thought the referenced fix had to do with recurring subscriptions being created in duplicate. My open question, though, is about marking canceled subscriptions.
Hello, I have an error with a recurring gift. A donor gave a recurring gift last month but it accidentally submitted twice so we refunded one of the gifts.

    Good day!

May I ask what you mean by "known bug"? I am not sure what you mean by a bug.. what issue are referring to?

I'm glad to hear the issue with duplicate subscriptions is a known bug you'll have fixed soon. In the meantime, I'm wondering about how to mark canceled and expired subscriptions as canceled in Salesforce. I see that the Canceled field is available but can't find a way to make use of it.
