  • Updated Recurring Transaction NOT posting to Salesforce

    Hi there,

    I've used Click and Pledge Connect to update credit card information for some of our monthly donors. Ever since the update their contributions are no longer posting to Salesforce.

    I've manually pushed them in, but would like a automated solution. Is this a known issue? If not, do you have a suggestion on how I can resolve it?

    Good day @Annagore,

    The CC update and posting to Salesforce are totally unrelated features.

    I do not see any errors in the system except 2 transactions that were posted back in 2014 that are still in error and have not posted.

    Have you checked Connect to see if those transactions have posted? have you been able to manually post them?

      Hi there,

      I've confirmed that the transactions have posted in Connect, and I'm able to push them to Salesforce. But for some reason they don't automatically post to Salesforce. Any idea why?

      Let me know if I can provide any additional details.
