    Hi Click & Pledge team,

    I don't know what happened to my original post about this, but I can't seem to find it. It must have gotten deleted from your system. I received a response from you, and I posted a reply to that. After posting my reply I could no longer find my original post. Here is the original link to the post: ​http://forums.clickandpledge.com/node/20403

    Anyway, my post had to do with issues I'm encountering with getting Click & Pledge to work with SF NGO Connect: "insufficient privileges" error when converting temporary contacts to actual contacts, opportunities not created per transaction, etc. You advised me to delete deprecated fields in my opportunities object, which I've already done, but I'm still having the same problems. Please advise.

    I apologize for my mistake. You had posted the same message twice and in deleting the duplicate I accidentally deleted the entire thread. Sorry about the mistake. As you are a new user, all your posts will be moderated until your reputation improves. Usually after 3-4 posts you will not be moderated. This measure is to ensure spammers do not blast the forum. Sorry again for the mistake. Our support was notified to contact you today.

    Our team is exploring this issue with NGO Connect and may have to contact Salesforce. NGO Connect is a managed package and one that we have no control over. We also have not worked or tested it before as do not have access to it. Our team will explore the issue and we will get back to you.

      Would you please grant Salesforce Support access to your account. We need to submit a case with Salesforce to determine the root cause.

        No problem! I had already given you login access to our production environment a few days ago - I renewed it to another week (expires 11/27). Our organization​ID is 00D1a000000XsTC

                Based on the join review the issue appears to be with the "Territory Management". Could you disable this feature and try?

                  Thanks! I think we're on the right track, however, I'm still not able to create contact and transaction records. See attached picture for the error I'm getting.

                  Could this have something to do with how C&P fields map with NGO Connect fields? The opportunities records in NGO Connect need to have the donation amount posted in the "Giving Amount" field.

                  Curiously enough, when clicking "process," the account record gets created (which has the name as well as address info), but not the contact record.

                    As is seen the required field is returning an error and it is a custom field validation rule. The following rules are in your instance:

                      Thanks! I deactivated those validation rules you pointed out, and now I'm getting a different error message. See attached photo for the message.

                      I've extended your login access as well as Salesforce Support's login access for another week.

                        The Amount field has data when the transaction is being posted. The debug log is not showing all that is going on with the triggers but based on what we can see the Amount field is still there.

                        Sorry for slow response to the post - working with Salesforce support is not as fast as desired even though we have premiere support with them.
