Transferring data from Sandbox to Production

Good day!

Have you changed your connection to Salesforce to point to the new instance?

If so then all you have to do is to go to Connect and push the transaction to Salesforce. Since the account is connected to a new instance the data will post to the new org. It is important that the Portal > Account Info > Third Party > Salesforce is connected to the new instance.

Please verify and let us know if that works.

Hello,

We just launched a membership program, and realized almost instantly that our ecommerce system (WooCommerce) was hooked up to our C&P Sandbox account rather than our Production account. One $500 payment came through. I'd like to be able to transfer all of this payment information from our Sandbox to Production. I tried following these instructions, but was not able to get it to work:

What else can I do in order to make sure that this information is transferred to the correct Salesforce Production account? Thanks for your help.
