    Good day!

    Currently reports are only available in 90 day increments. This is due to the time it may take to download a large number of records with clients that have a lot of transactions.

    All transactions & their status are available in the report. It is easiest to use Excel to sort the results.

    Also, some of these are cards that we bad that C&P canceled, not ones that I manually went through and canceled.

    This is kind of helpful, but it seems like it's only letting me go back 3 months at a time. I need an all-time canceled report.

    You may create a custom report though the Connect Transaction. See below:

    No, like if we had a recurring payment from a member who canceled their payments. I do it manually through click and pledge, so I am wondering if there is a report I can generate to see who has been canceled.

    Are you referring to the Credited Transactions? Transactions that are reversed to the card holder's card?
