Error message when merging temporary contact

Good day!

Duplicate value simply states that this transaction has already been processed & the data has been pushed again.

You are creating the same transaction again and the uniqueness test of the Order Number will fail. You cannot have the same Order # twice in the system.

We will delete the other record if you want or you can do it yourself. Simply search for the order # and see.

I have a temporary contact that is nearly identical to an existing contact in SF except the state is California instead of CA as it is in SF. When I try to merge the temporary contact and process it I get an error message saying Insert failed. First exception on row 0; first error: DUPLICATE_VALUE, duplicate value found: CnP_PaaS__VaultGUID__c duplicates value on record with id: a0ki0000002NtwA: [] Why could this be? thanks
