  • Logo not showing in Autoresponder emails

    I have designed a thank you letter in C&P designer with our logo at the top. When I go to preview the email it looks fine but when I do a test mail, the logo shows up blank? Why could this be? does it have to do with resizing a large image? thanks

        Good day!

        Sorry that this case was not updated. We fixed this issue yesterday but did not update the post. The permission issue has been resolved and fixed in your instance. The post-installation had missed a step.

          Hi, I am having a similar issue with our autoresponders, where no matter whether I upload the logo from our computer into the designer or link it to a static resource, neither shows up in test emails. Our org ID is 00Di0000000gcJw

              @Maggie,

              Your instance is on an earlier release. Do you want us to upgrade you while we are reviewing? It is best if we update then review the post-installation.

                Good day!

                Based on the code we reviewed the image URL is set to an internal page which does not have guest user access. Please see:

                The above source for the image is an internal address - inside Salesforce depository - and as such is not available for outsiders to see through the sites.

                If you use the image loader in the editor and upload your image using its upload feature the image will load to the site with proper permission allowing the un-authenticated user to be able to see it.

                We took the image you had an uploaded it using the image loader in the editor and it worked. See the "Designer" below:

                and the email as seen in Outlook:

                Hope that answers your question.

                Please let us know if we can be of more assistance.
