New Donation in SF did not create opportunity payment

Hi there,

A donor preauthorized a credit card payment last month, with a payment date of 7/21/14. As such, a pledge was created in Salesforce. When the card was charged, the opportunity stage was updated however, a payment was not created. Can you look in to this?

I am not sure I understand what you mean by "Payment".

Are you referring to the NPSP payment? If so that is not a C&P feature as it is the NPSP that sets the triggers to create payments - we don't do anything with that feature. NPSP simply creates a record in its payment object for each Opportunity creation.

Yes, I'm referring the the opportunity payment.

Normally, when there is a new opportunity created via CnP, the payment is also automatically created. I have not changed anything in NPSP. However, there are these two opportunities without associated payments. Both are CnP transactions.
