Custom Question Mapping - Picklist

Sorry if this is addressed somewhere. I wasn't able to find it.

Is there a way to pass any value from a Custom Question through to a Picklist? In this case, I have radio buttons which match the values of the Picklist.

Or do I have to create a rule for every single possibility in the Picklist, like this:
If "Option A" Replace Text with Option A
If "Option B" Replace Text with Option B

It says leave blank to pass, but there is no blank in the case of a Picklist (shown in screenshot).

Good day!

With Picklist you have to set it for each option in the picklist. This is because of Picklist's reference not being a text.

For each condition in a picklist you need to create a condition.

Can you tell me how to set the condition for a pick list? Is it just the pick list answer text as it is shown or is there something else that has to be done?

May I know from where the above transactions are processing?

Please review the C&P Data of the order number to see how the custom questions and answers are passing for picklist/radio. Based on that you will need set condition exactly same under C&P Settings > Custom Question Mapping.

Please grant us access and share the order number and custom questions to be mapped so that we will set that for you.
