  • I keep getting an error- how to fix it?

    I get this error message repeatedly via email, and the opportunities do not get created because of this:

    Error #1:

    Error Type: System.SObjectException
    Error Date: 2015-09-22 06:00:15
    Message: "InvalidfieldContact__c for Opportunity"

    Stack Trace:

    Stacktrace available at the time of saving the record - (npsp)

    Anyone have any idea what could be causing this and how I can fix it?

    Good day @Fraidy,

    This is not a C&P field: InvalidfieldContact__c for Opportunity and appears to be part of the NPSP.

    If you grant us login access we can review it for you but not sure if we can be of any help.

    As for the data, do not worry about the error since once it is resolved the system will fix itself with the "self-healing" feature.

    You may want to also post this question to the Salesforce HUB as they may be able to shed some more light on this.

      We just reviewed your instance and do not see any errors. Please see below:

      the only issue we see is the contacts being in the Temporary Contacts. No other errors are seen.

      If you have a specific case for us to review please post the Order Number so we can review it.
