Click and pledge temporary contacts not showing?

I have recently upgraded and have set up contact matching which works to add contacts when it is fully automatic. I would like to change it to semi auto so that I can review any duplicates but as soon as I change the setting to semi, none of the contacts get pushed through for review, what could be the issue here?. My org # is 00Di0000000cTOh

I just reviewed your instance and you are still in the "Fully Automatic" so now the system will not do anything but simply match and create new contact.

You currently have 3 contacts in the Temporary Contact. If you go to C&P Temporary Contact and click on View ALL you will see the following: https://cmtysolutions.my.salesforce....0Bi0000004LhLD
