Howdy, I'm trying to process a custom payment in the virtual terminal but keep getting error message 2910. All payment options are enabled in my C&P account site. Any thoughts? Org ID is 00DG0000000jW5o.

Are you sure you are using account 24958?
The error you are indicating means: "Invalid Payment Method".
In account 24958 you are accepting Custom Payment Type but in account 25249 you are not. If you process "Custom Payment Type" in account 25249 you will get that error but it should work in 24958.
Would you please double check? we can also do a test transaction if it is not a problem.Regards,
