Good day Radha,
You need to have EDIT permission for the mapped fields. Without it the Custom Mapping setting will not work and will generate an error since the user cannot access the fields.

Ideally, I don't want him to have edit access to this field.
Is it a requirement that, to view and edit CnP settings a user must have full CRUD to all fields mapped in CnP Custom Questions?

Good day!
see below:
The TLC Secondary admin does not have edit permission.
Can you check that?

David still cannot access Custom Questions in CnP Settings. He receives the following error message:
Map key dontationTypeText__c not found in map
Error is in expression '{!fieldlistmap_8[cq.Object_Map__c][cq.Field_Map__c]}' in component <apex:repeat> in page cnp_paas:cnp_settings_custom_question

Good day!
I am sorry but we are trying to login as David but are getting the security question about pet name, etc. Please do not send the answer in this forum as it is a public forum.
Since we could not login as him to test we simply assigned the permission sets that grant access to our objects. Check to see if it works now. If it does not work please ask David to grant us login access so we can login as him without the email. This can also work.
Please try it and let us know.

This is the message I get when I update the email address. "To ensure system security, the owner of the new email address must verify this change..."
As far as I can tell, that means someone with access to the [email protected] email address needs to verify the change.

Good day @Radha,
As shown below the email address for the user David P. is not [email protected] and as such we cannot login as him to review the permission issue.
Please change the email so we can login as him and review the permissions.Last edited by CnP.Support; 11-07-2015, 03:46 PM.

Sorry for the delay.
I edited the email, as requested. Please let me know when you are finished with testing this issue.

Good day @Radha,
We need to test the issue by logging in as the user experiencing the error. Please temporarily change the email address associated with that user to: [email protected] so we can request password and test the error.
It does not seem like the issue is with a deleted field. The problem is with permissions to view a specific field that has been mapped. The user experiencing the issue does not have permission to see this field and once we can login as David we will be able to test and resolve it.
Please let me know when we can login as David.

Good day @Radha,
This problem occurs if you map a field and later delete it. When visiting the page we cannot access the deleted field as it has been deleted.
There is one other case that this may happen and that is if the USER does not have permission to the field that has been mapped. If this is the case we need to have the userID of the person having the issue so we can review the settings for the user.
Please grant us login access so we can review the case.Last edited by CnP.Support; 10-30-2015, 06:53 AM.

Access to CnP Settings -- Custom Questions
Hi there,
I have an end user that I would like to have access to CnP Settings -- Custom Questions.
Right now, he is able to access all the other tabs within CnP Settings, just not Custom Questions. When he clicks on it, he receives the following error message:
Map key dontationTypeText__c not found in map
Error is in expression '{!fieldlistmap_8[cq.Object_Map__c][cq.Field_Map__c]}' in component <apex:repeat> in page cnp_paas:cnp_settings_custom_question
What do I need to changes in his security setup to grant him access?
Thanks,
