  • C&P Autoresponder not working

    I’ve created a campaign in Connect called Common Sense Media Annual Appeal 2015. I’ve also created a donation widget called 2015 Annual Appeal Widget. I’ve also created an email template in the C&P Designer called Year End Gift Receipt Standard. I’ve activated the autoresponder “Annual Appeal Donation Acknowledgment” in salesforce. I’ve made a donation through the widget, received the system receipt but not the email from the autoresponsder. I can see the transaction in salesforce. But I’ve not been able to make the autoresponder work. Thank you for your assistance. In case you need to login into our salesforce instance, Org ID is 00DA0000000ah8e.     Good day!

    Nice work..

    Please post the order number for your test transaction so we can review your AR.

    A few pointers to keep in mind.
    • Autoresponder will NOT go out if the contact is in the Temporary Contact
    • Autoresponder will NOT go out if an error has occurred - reflected in the message section of the C&P Data
    Once we have the Order Number we can review & let you know if there are any issues.

          Good day!

          In the absence of opportunities the Autoresponder will not fire. You have set the system not to create any opportunities- see below:

          C&P Settings > Opportunity

          The checkbox for creating opportunities is not checked. A lot of functionality will be disabled. The warning at the top of the page also states this.
