How do I change the record ownership assignment when new C&P payment records get created in Salesforce?

Good day!
Sorry but at this time the OAuth user is the record owner - the user used for creating the records is the one set up for connecting C&P to Salesforce.
This is a good idea and one that has been asked before. It is included in release 10.x due out 2016-Q1.

Good day!
No- you can change it in the Portal > Account Info > 3rd Party.

Login & change the user that is now connected to anyone you want.
