  • Gift not posting to Connect & SF but in Portal

    Howdy,

    I have a donor with a monthly recurring gift. Their Sept and Oct transactions did not post to Salesforce, nor do I see them in Connect Transactions.

    CnP Portal lists these two transactions. How do I get these to post to Salesforce and to Connect?

        Good day!

        Strange! The error states: Salesforce request taking too long - Salesforce had timed out.

        I pushed them for you so they should be in your Salesforce. Please check & let us know.

          Thanks! The two transactions are in SF now.

          They still do not appear in Connect. I noticed that the recurring was established on Give OUT Day so it may be associated with our second account. How do I toggle to our second account in Connect?

            Good day!

            The transactions were posted to account: 31410

            Unfortunately you are not an admin in that account since it is a Seattle Foundation account. You can push the transactions through portal until the user interface is in Connect. The feature is scheduled for release in Q1.

              Just to be sure we're on the same page ... Give OUT Day is Boulder Giving. Does this mean they are the admin on the account?

              How do I push transactions from the Portal?

                Sorry! of course you are right.

                Strange feeling to be wrong..

                This transaction is in the Bolder Giving account and not the Seattle Foundation.

                Here is how you post:

                Once you locate the transaction click on it and you will see the button for pushing it to Salesforce.

                  LOL! And to be sure -- I wasn't trying to correct you, I just wasn't certain whether Seattle Foundation had a different arrangement than Boulder Giving.
