  • Updating Status of Recurring Donations

    Hi,

    When we are asked by a donor to cancel a subscription (recurring donation), we cancel it in the Connect platform. That's fine. However, even if the process is manual, we need it to be indicated in Salesforce somewhere that the recurring donation has been cancelled. The current view of the C&P transaction does not allow for this. How can we do that? Even if the solution is custom, we need a solution.

    Good day!

    This feature is in 9.2 which is due out by the end of November. Just hang in there and it will be automatically set when one cancels.

      When is 9.2 being released? It is Dec 1st, and this is critical to the accuracy of our donor services and accounting departments. -- thanks so much

        Good day!

        Blame our test engineers.. they pulled the release and did not approve it.

        We are now highly confident that it will go out the week of Dec. 7. It is in its last test cycle.

        Sorry I wish releases were as predictable as life
