When we are asked by a donor to cancel a subscription (recurring donation), we cancel it in the Connect platform. That's fine. However, even if the process is manual, we need it to be indicated in Salesforce somewhere that the recurring donation has been cancelled. The current view of the C&P transaction does not allow for this. How can we do that? Even if the solution is custom, we need a solution.
