  • Autoresponder - Change Email Address for Recipient on Recurring Transaction

    I have a monthly supporter who has been giving for almost two years. She requested that we update her email address for her autoresponder receipts. I have changed her email address in Salesforce, and though the contact details on the receipt itself has updated, the autoresponder is still going to the wrong email address. Is there any way to update the email address that the autoresponder sends to without having to set up a new recurring transaction? Thanks.

    I have another monthly supporter who asked to change the address her receipts go to as well. (We use the Salesforce Autoresponder). Is there any way to do this without canceling and setting up a new recurring transaction? Thanks.

      Good day!

      Sorry at this point this is not supported.

      A lot is involved with this since we have clients that want to use the email address listed in the post whereas others want it to come from the contact record. In release 9.x we are going to make this a feature selection in the settings.
