Test Transactions stopped posting to SalesForce

  • Test Transactions stopped posting to SalesForce Organization ID: 00DG0000000jpWq - Access granted to Click & Pledge

    The last transaction ( a real one) to post to SalesForce was on 10/8. Prior to that, some test transactions on 10/5 and 10/6 posted. On 10/12, 10/13 and today none of my tests appear anywhere in SalesForce, though I have gotten email notifications and the transactions appear in reports. I've searched the documentation and forums, but cannot resolve this on my own. Please advise. Thanks!

    PS. I tried to attache a csv and an excel file with the transactions, but I get an error message saying it is an invalid file.

    Good day!

    The best place to always start is the source. I just checked your connection & your account is no longer connected to Salesforce. Please see:

    this always happens when you are using the old authorization method and have changed your password. When password changes the token changes and all connected apps fail if not updated.

    If you use the new OAuth connection the connection will not depend on the user's password going forward. Please see:Please let us know if we can be of more assistance.
