    Organization ID 00DG0000000ky8n
    Access granted to C&P and SalesForce for 3 days.
    Contacts don't automatically merge. I've had this problem in other instances - not sure how you've fixed it. Example O'Guynn has 3 contacts. 2 are identical. One is name only, no other fields. All should merge. Event is this weekend - want to make sure the right record comes up for check in/out.

    Good day!

    Strange.. for some reason your settings were not saved and had blank records in the object. We simply went to C&P Settings > Contacts & Accounts and saved it once. It should work now. Please test it and let us know.

    Your instance is also not at the latest release. We encourage you to upgrade at your earliest convenience or just let us know and we will do it for you. You may want to review the release notes:
