I have been trying to use our internal SMTP for the autoresponder, but they have all been failing. I know we have extreme security controls on our email, so I decided to switch over to the Click & Pledge SMTP server instead. It is still failing when I try to send the email. I have it set to send me a copy, and that one is going through fine, but the one to the payee is not processing for some reason.
In addition I also noticed, like a previous person mentioned, that the transaction date/timezone was off on the autoresponder as well. Thanks for your help. I have granted login access if you want to see anything.
