    I have three new inquiries regarding failed transactions:

    1. Samara B. email: samarab***@gmail.com. Attempted this morning.

    2. Ryan V. email: ryanv***@gmail.com. Transaction date unknown, contacted us yesterday.

    3. Claire G. email: clairee***@gmail.com. Transaction date unknown, contacted us yesterday.

    Please help me help these people. Thank you.

    Samara B. fraud score is 17
    Ryan V. - Last payment on 5/8/2014 and it was processed for $80
    Calire G. - fraud score 7

    We have moved the fraud score for your account to 5 from the normal 2 as the highest score and 17 is quite fraudulent and 7 is high up there. Not sure what we can do. Using free email, the billing address is different from the IP where the computer is located, and several other factors.

    I have removed all these from the blacklist and sorry for the inconvenience.
