    Good day!

We reviewed your post-installation and the payment shows now:

the case you sent us was for $0 which naturally will not show the payment form.

We have identified an issue with the permissions that require Salesforce support to assist. Please grant Salesforce support 1 week access so we can identify the permission problem with their assistance.

Once Salesforce Support has access let us know so we can proceed further.

        Good day!

We have identified the root cause of the error. The problem is permissions as set to the Opportunity object.

        Please see below:

You may also want to see this case as it is the same problem: http://forums.clickandpledge.com/for...payments/page2

We do not have access to your account so we could not fix the issue. You may easily fix it but granting "Public: Read Only" permission to the object as shown above.
        • Administration Setup > Security Controls > Sharing Settings > Opportunity > Public Read Only
This is the Organization-Wide Sharing Defaults and as such it causes major problem with what we are trying to do.

Please let us know if we can be of any further assistance.

Greetings. I changed that setting and then tried another invoice and the same error occurred, the inability to enter payment information on the page. Please advise.

            Good day!

Please grant us login access and the invoice name so we can test it. It is a permission issue so let's figure out what is going on.

We have tested this several times and see no issues. We have also duplicated your settings in our test instance and do not see any problem. The above transaction was done in your instance and as shown above authorization was done successfully.

                  Invoice No: Invoice-14-10-2015-15

Are you still experiencing the issue. We cannot duplicate it.

I'm still unable to post any payment information online.

                    1. I created a new invoice. Had it sent to my own email.
                    2. Clicked the "click to pay" link in the email.
                    3. There was nowhere to put any credit card information.

                        Good day!

Glad to see it all working.

So this thread is complete I will summarize the issue.

The problem was that you were testing with an invoice that had no balance. The $0 invoice was not showing the payment information (credit card, etc.) since there was no balance to charge. The issue was discussed at the office hour and as reported all is fine.

Please let us know if we can be of more assistance.
