can't install upgrades

Trying to upgrade C&P library and PAAS so I can install C&P Events. Received the following Error Message (see photo)

This is strange and we have not seen this issue before.

Would you please grant Salesforce Support login access so we can ask them to review the issue. The update shows a duplicate ID which means nothing to us as it is an internal Salesforce error.

Please grant them login access so they can review your account. Once they have access our team will submit a support ticket and resolve it.

Please make sure to review each event & the new "Registration Emails" tab in each event.

If you have live events make sure to review the "Registration Emails" tab as the email to attendees & registrants will NOT be sent with this upgrade and need to be enabled in the "Registration Emails" tab.
