Virtual Terminal timing out in Salesforce

Hi - I cannot access the Virtual Terminal through our Salesforce account. When I click on it it gives me a emoji and reads "the operation timed out". Ive tried different browsers and it's all the same connection issue.

The only reason for seeing what you are seeing is that you are in either version 4 or an earlier version.

The release 4.x and earlier are EOL'd and are no longer supported. Back in the 4.x release the Virtual Terminal was an iframe and embedded form. In later releases we made it native Salesforce. Currently our app is at version 8 and version 4 announcement was sent out last year and extended to May 1 earlier this year. We had sent several announcements and posts in the Power of Us Hub at Salesforce and emails.

We can gladly upgrade you to the latest release free of charge. If you need help with the upgrade just grant us access and we will upgrade you for free.

Please make sure to post your organization name & the Salesforce Organization ID so we know how to locate your instance.

If you wish to process a card now you may use the virtual terminal in the portal until the upgrade is complete. We need 24 hours to complete your upgrade should you want us to help you with it.

We just completed the install and post-install steps for your instance.

Please make sure that the C&P Settings is correct. It is best if you review it all and make sure it is what you want. You have gone through a major (understatement) upgrade and tons of new features.
