    Good day!

    Thank you for attending the office hours yesterday. As discussed the WID you had indicated was not correct and another WID is being used in your form. To fix this issue you need to add the Organization Information to the checkout page whose WID you are using.

    The organization information is taken from the following fields in the listed order. If the first field is blank then the second field will be used and if that is blank then the information is constructed from the Profile information.
    • Organization Information text box from the referenced checkout page WID
    • Virtual Terminal > Settings > Organization Information
    • Account Information > Profile > Organization name, address, and receipt notification email address(es)

    I just reviewed your site and it seems like you are using a FaaS form. The WID appears to be hidden so please let me know what WID you are using so I can review your Organization Info as put in the checkout page associated with the WID

    Yes, I understand where the misunderstanding happened now. Your snapshot correctly shows the information I was calling "header".

    Good day!

    When you say header it means something specific to us- header in an email is comprised of reply to address, mail from, subject. Essentially an email header is comprised of the email envelope information. That is what I understand what header means.

    Are you available to join the office hours? if so we can address it there.

    If you are looking at the Organization Information inside the email?

    [I attempted to reply earlier today, but it didn't "stick" somehow.]

    No, I haven't tried doing a "reply" to a receipt email, so that's a little different. I'm referring to the email address just below the organization address. It appears that the address is being pulled from the "Receipt/Email Notification" entry, although it could be coming from somewhere else.

    Every receipt sent by the system has the same header, so you can look at any order. One such number is 1404251322390000924

    Good day!

    The "Receipt / Email" Notification address is used to send a copy of the receipt to the organization. The "Reply To" address is when a patron replies to the receipt and it goes to that address. Each of these serves a specific purpose.

    What you are saying is that when you reply to the receipt it is going to the "Receipt / Email Notification" email? This can't be since that field allows for multiple emails and a reply to address cannot be multiple emails. If this is true the receipts should all fail.

    Please post an order number so we can review the receipt.

    Good day Steve,

    FaaS forms may use any checkout page but there is really not any reason to use anything other than an easyPage. easyPages are ideal for setting up those parameters without all the tabs of an advanced page. For reference any checkout page will work.

    The email address in the header is the "Reply To" address that is in the Account Profile > Receipt Reply To.

    I started this conversation as a support request, and Brady suggested posting it here. Basically, the email address in receipts is not the correct address for our donor services office. It is my email address.

    Still there. I actually used 76419, which is also an easyPage. I recall someone saying that FaaS pages should use Advanced Pages. Is this the reason?
